Train the Trainer
This hands-on course will teach you how to successfully introduce Kanban to your organisation and is based on a 100% successful track record of introducing Kanban to over 30 teams ranging from the public sector (NHS) to the private sector (moneysupermarket.com & autotrader.co.uk).
The Kanban coaching package consists of a two day off-site training course (see details below) aimed at developing you to a point where you are capable of introducing Kanban to your teams. As part of the training course fee you will receive 12 months access to a Kanban mentor for support and backup.
Kanban Surgery & Mentoring
As part of the training course fee your Kanban mentor will attend your site once per month to assist you with any challenges or questions you may face from the day to day operation of a Kanban system.
