I’m an established Lean Agile Coach with 22yrs experience in software development, managing developers (herding cats), and coaching software development teams on how to cross the finish line on projects. I’ve been involved in hundreds of projects and worked with a large variety of team sizes.
Solid full software development lifecycle project management skills drawing from a ‘toolkit’ of iterative / Agile methodologies including SCRUM, DSDM, XP, Lean (Kanban), and Systems Thinking. A solid understanding of software development processes and engineering good practices such as Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development, and automated release pipelining (Continuous Delivery).
I’ve worked in both the Public & Private sector and successfully integrated Agile & Lean with PRINCE2 and MSP within highly regulated environments.
